Maybelline's The Eraser Eye Concealer

the eraser eye concealer

I love trying out new and different concealers to find out which one is best suited for me. You may have seen this featured in my March Favourites post, as you can tell, quite a bit has been used in just over a week. I had never seen advertisements or reviews for this, I just simply got the 3 for 2 deal on Maybelline products in Boots. The sponge applicator instantly got my attention because it's a huge sponge, it's not like any other concealer. I also love that it's anti-aging too.

The sponge applicator is very gentle, which is necessary as the skin under the eye is very delicate. I have terrible dark circles under my eyes. This concealer fully covers them like magic and I also feel like it brightens up my eyes. I have to apply the product two or three times on spots/redness as I feel that it doesn't have full coverage on those certain areas. It's super easy to blend in, I use my ring finger to pat in concealer as it's the most gentle finger. You could also use a beauty blender but I personally don't use them.

I do admit that it appears a little orange on my pale skin. I have found that other people with pale skin have experienced the same thing. I have also found out that they stock more colours in the U.S, whereas in the UK, they only stock two colours. Fingers crossed, we have some more soon - I could do with a lighter shade!

Overall, this is a great concealer and I recommend this product to everyone reading this post.
