End of the month haul | New Look, Lauren's Way, Boots...

Hi lovelies!

I can't believe we are at the end of July already, this year has gone so quickly - It'll be Christmas before you know it!
Throughout this month, I have bought a lot of goodies and it just gave me the reason to write up a haul for you all.

Products:

laurens way fake tan

simple products

vo5 dry backcomb spray

cupcake bath bomb

sexy señorita eyelashes

When I needed a new tan, I instantly went and bought Lauren's Way in the shade medium. I have only used this once before and I got fantastic results from it. I also bought a brand new St. Tropez tanning mitt to go with it.

I had seen VO5 advertise the dry backcomb spray and I really liked the idea of it so I bought it. To tell the truth, it doesn't really do anything to my hair but I've seen other reviews on it and people found it to be very voluminous. As I use bleach in my hair and my roots grow through so effin' quick... I thought that this Lee Stafford lightening spray would be perfect for me. I haven't yet tried it out but I am going to very soon!

As you may or may not know, I went on holiday to Centerparcs a few weeks back and I bought myself a little cupcake bath bomb which smells so delicious! Lastly, I have had my eye on the Cheryl 'Sexy Señorita' lashes for a while. I finally built the courage to go and own them myself. Just look how gorgeous they look!

Clothes:

blue tie crop top

black cardigan

black floral pattern cardigan

blue playsuith&m blue playsuit

white floral pattern cardigan

white floral pattern cardigan

crochet crop top

lime green cami

coral ripped skinny jeans

These lace cardigans are so me! They're just so cute and the detailing is just perfect. I got these in both black and white (I just couldn't resist!) I'm loving playsuits at the moment and when I saw this one in H&M I fell in love, people also say blue suits me - So big thumbs up from me.

Crochet is just so in with the fashion this summer, so why not jump in the boat with everyone else and get involved!?
This lime green top from New Look is just perfect for both a night out and a summery day. Apart from loads of black flies landing on you, anyone could pull this colour off! I love a good ripped skinny jean and with them being this colour, well, what can I say... Yes please!

L'Oreal Superstar Mascara Review

Hello lovelies!

When I ran out of my Rimmel mascara, I thought that I'd try something different instead of buying the same one and I'm so glad I did!

L'Oreal Superstar mascara

I didn't even realise that this was a new mascara until I watched the advertisement on TV after I bought it.
I just love the silver and the black colours combined. The design on the tube is so dramatic (like the lashes.)

It has two ends. Number one is the primer and number two is the mascara. I have never used a dual ended mascara before so it was all new and exciting for me.

Volumising Primer- This primer thickens each lash with a corset shaped brush to build volume.

Lengthening Mascara- The curved brush applies a black fibre enriched formula that coats the primer.

Both the primer and mascara were so easy to apply. The primer gave so much volume before I even applied the mascara which I was quite surprised about. The shape of the mascara brush managed to give a great amount of length and volumised the lashes even more.
I found the mascara being a little clumpy on the second coat but I managed to get rid of a few of the clumps.

The second picture was taken after a 9 hour day. You can probably tell as you can see that my foundation has worn off. But at least the mascara is long lasting! Unlike, my foundation.

It definitely does what it says - Gives great volume and lengthens a lot! Who needs falsies now!?
This mascara is just perfect for a night out!

I paid £10.99 for this trustworthy mascara and it was definitely worth the money.
Would I buy it again? - Absolutely!

Double Trouble - Blog Update!

Early this year I was thinking about changing the name of my blog, which meant that I had to change my url. Then I had to contact Bloglovin so they can move my followers.

I contacted Bloglovin numerous times for about a month and a half for them to change my blog address. I didn't hear anything back from them at all.

So I thought that I'd just do it myself. I created a new Bloglovin account and emailed all of my followers from my old blog just to let them know that I have a new one.

Only two days ago, I got an email from Bloglovin saying that they had finally changed the address of my blog.

So if you are following both my old blog 'Simply Inspired' and following this one, then I'm just writing this post to let you know that when I next post, you may get two updates from both blogs.

I'm just letting you know that you may find that annoying and that you can unfollow my blog 'Simply Inspired' if you can. I managed to remove the blog 'Simply Inspired' but it still comes up if you search for it on Bloglovin.

Thank you for understanding, it has been a nightmare!

Miss Pap || Top Fashion Picks

Today, I'm going to be sharing my top fashion picks from Miss Pap with you lovely readers!

I found a number of things on their website which I adore and would love to own myself.
So, go ahead and scroll down and get a little inspiration!

Sammie Black Floral Pom Pom Playsuit - £19.99

Ella Khaki Crochet Crop Top - £13.99

Rachael Pink Lazer Cut Co-Ord - £19.99

Macy Navy Stretch High Waisted Jeans - £24.99

Ella White Flower Lace Bralet Top - £15.99

Lola White Diamanté Sandals - £14.00

Daisy Black & White Sleeveless Jacket - £19.99

Gina Light Wash Lace Front Denim Shorts - £14.99

Shania White & Navy Lace Stripe Playsuit - £19.99

Tiffany White Floral Two Piece Shorts - £14.99

Mia Yellow Patent Envelope Clutch Bag - £14.00

Patricia Red Low Back Midi Dress - £16.99

Ellen White Peep Toe Chunky Heels - £25.00

I'm a huge patent shoe lover but when I saw this patent clutch, I fell in love. I can now have a clutch bag to go with my shoes. Check this out, the same clutch bag shown on here is in many more colours on Miss Pap. Which means more bags to match my shoes! - my poor bank account (sigh)

I've seen people wearing sleeveless jackets almost everywhere and getting a stripy one definitely is different. Co-ords are so in fashion right now and most are marked at such good prices for both the bottoms and tops together. There are a lot of places that sell the top and bottoms separately though  which makes the price higher, but would you pay the money to look glam?

Coral and Crochet

outfit of the day

ootd

ikrush jeans

coral and crochet

pretty little thing crop top

ootd blog post

I have never owned a pair of coloured jeans, so when I fell in love with these I had to get them. I could easily live in leggings for the rest of my life if I wanted to.

I'm a lover of crop tops but this one isn't normally what I'd go for as it comes down quite low. The detailing and design of it grabbed my attention first and I thought why not buy it?

Why not change your style once in a while?

5 beauty mistakes I wish I never made

Hi lovelies!

I was doing my make-up the other day and randomly thought of something I used to do when I was younger which made me giggle but also put my head in my hands. So, I made a list of beauty mistakes I made which I really wouldn't do now.

5 beauty mistakes I wish i never made

1. Putting foundation just on my nose. Now, you are probably thinking "what the hell, why did she do that!?" I never ever wore foundation when I was younger. Although, when I got to the age of about 14, I started caking it just onto my nose. The reason for this is because I had a lot of blackheads on my nose and I couldn't get rid of them. So basically, my nose looked a different colour compared to the rest of my face, which leads me on to number two!

2. Wearing the wrong foundation shade. I was new to foundation and all my friends were wearing it and I went into a store and just bought the same one that my friend had. Luckily, it wasn't too dark as my friend was quite pale (like me.) Later on, I realised that there were a lot of different foundation shades and I eventually looked all one colour.

3. Not taking make-up off properly. I just used to use them good ol' make-up wipes .Ok, so using make-up wipes isn't so bad but looking after your skin properly is best! So use make-up remover and tone and moisturise!

4. I used to scrub my eyes. That probably wasn't the best description, 'scrubbing my eyes.' By this, I mean I used to be lazy when taking my make-up off. I wasn't gentle with my eyes at all. I've learnt a lot from this mistake.

5. Leaving my make-up on when going to bed. Just writing that now makes me cringe. I really can't leave my make-up on now, but I used to! It used to give me so many spots and I realised why after almost a year of doing it.

What mistakes have you made before?
